From now to Election Day, we ARE a Voter Empowerment Campaign.

Watch our Instagram. In coming days you will learn about opportunities to:

• Verify your registration and polling location

• Participate in outreach activities (both by phone and in person)

• Learn what resources are available to educate ourselves about the offices and issues on the ballot

Important Dates:

September 15, 2026 - National Voter Registration Day.

October 5, 2026 - Last day to register to vote.

October 6, 2026 to November 1, 2026 - Early in Person Voting at the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections.

October 20, 2026 - Mail your vote by mail request to ensure the Board of Elections sends your ballot to you by October 27.

October 27, 2026 - Mail your completed ballot to ensure the Board of Elections receives it by the November 3, 2026 deadline.

November 3, 2026 - Election Day - last day to return your ballot in person or to your county drop box.

Sound the Trumpet Sunday

We are assisting the Urban League of Cleveland in "Blow the Trumpet in Zion."

Every fourth Sunday (called Sound the Trumpet Sunday) between now and November, faith-based organizations across the country engage our congregations in election-related activities.

That's now September 27 and October 25.

We will focus on how you can:

1. Make your voting plan.

2. Know your candidates and know your ballot.

3. Decide how and when you'll vote. 

Locally we are working with the Urban League, Greater Cleveland Congregations, the WAMWAO Coalition, and other organizations.

We are "Made for the Moment" - and this is our moment to SHINE!
