Are you ready to step up and lead our branch into the future? The Cleveland NAACP (Unit 3176) Nominating Committee has officially kicked off its interview process for our biennial leadership elections.
Serving our community requires vision, passion, and above all, a deep dedication to active service. The Nominating Committee is currently scheduling interviews for key operational roles across the Executive Committee.
Open Elected Positions:
President
1st Vice President
2nd Vice President
3rd Vice President
Treasurer
Assistant Treasurer
Secretary
Assistant Secretary
Nine (9) Executive Committee At-Large Members
Note:
Candidates for the officer positions must be members in good standing since April 1st, per the NAACP Article IX, Section 2(j) Bylaws: "Members in good standing shall be eligible to run for office or vote in a Branch election. For the purpose of running for office, a member in good standing is one whose name appears on the roll of the Branch as a bona fide member of the Branch by April 1 of the election year and who lives and/or works within the Branch jurisdiction."
All other positions will be appointed by the President and/or the elected Executive Officers.

Trailblazers & Advocates - Dedicated individuals with the time, commitment, and skills needed to advance social justice and equity across Cleveland.
Active Contributors - Leaders ready to lend their expertise, collaborate, and drive real impact within our committees and programs.
Eligibility Reminder - Candidates must be members in good standing within Unit 3176's jurisdiction to be eligible for placement on the final ballot.
